Develop & oversee demand forecasting & goal setting across brands & globally. Responsible for measurement & advancement in forecast accuracy. Partner with dealers, Brands, & Operations to establish an order, stocking, & communication process that builds a market responsive, competitive advantage. Manage Retail-Flow & Wholesale supply planning. Solicit and action dealer feedback, benchmark inside & outside industry, & champion improvements. Oversee Sales Operations responsibilities, day-to-day partnership with logistics & operations. Proactive planning & alignment to support financial needs.

· Process & Team Development – Established and stood up a SIOP and Sales Operations organization within the Motorcycles global business unit. Developed and gained executive alignment on organization strategy and priorities.
Responsible for driving and leading Supply Chain strategic initiatives focused on continuous improvement and standardization of materials and inbound logistics processes, including implementation of technical capabilities (WMS, EDI, SIOP), tools and reporting. Collaborate with cross functional partners in business units and manufacturing to drive implementation and organization discipline of standard processes and capabilities. Accountable for materials and inbound logistics budgeting, forecasting and results.

Partner with the Product Group and Operations to link SIOP process with retail forecasts through production planning. Coach stakeholders on SIOP strategies for enabling the business enterprise to respond effectively to the demand and supply variability. Manage monthly SIOP process and action plans, issue resolution and tracking. Manage production planning staff and scheduling of material flow to meet production schedule and customer requirements. Drive SIOP program transformation with implementation of new JDA SIOP technology. Develop consistent processes and implement best practices in alignment to the SIOP process. Identify new demand and supply forecasting techniques or technologies to improve overall SIOP process.

Responsible for providing operational support and expertise to key initiatives, strategies and product categories. Focus on solution development and facilitate and contribute to the creation of the holistic operational plan as well as responsible for the execution of those strategies, initiatives and projects. Work closely with the merchant team and other cross functional partners to deliver a world class corporate plan. Created and maintained essential processes and SOP's for direct sales and fulfillment of direct orders.
