• Skilled cardiac care nurse proficient in the care of telemetry patients Including diagnosis of chf, atrial fibrillation, acute myocardial infarction, pericardial effusion, pulmonary embolism

• Skilled medical/surgical nurse with extensive knowledge caring for multiple system body disease and disorders
• Care of patients with respiratory, gi/gu, endocrine, renal, integumentary, neurological and skeletal diagnosis

• Post-op gastrointestinal surgeries: appendectomy, cholecystectomy, colon resection
• Post-op urinary procedures: stents, lithotripsy, turp
• Post-op orthopedic surgeries: total joint replacements, fractures
• Experience in maintaining gi tubes, ostomies, foleys, cbi, fms
• Blood administration specific to facility protocol
• Care and maintenance of picc lines, central lines and insertion and maintaining of peripheral lines
• Tpn/ppn, tube feedings
• Wound care management including dressing changes and wound vac
