Started with Bexar County as a Cadet to obtain my jailers license. Once my license was obtained I was in the jail for approximately two months before I was selected to become a Cadet for Patrol. I'm currently in the academy for patrol, my peace officers license was obtained on December 27, 2024.

• Assist with the planning of community outreach efforts to educate and reduce the hesitancy of the Covid-19 vaccine
• Collect data and record information in excel to monitor and track our outreach efforts
• Maintains a strong and professional communication with partnered agencies and organizations to uphold a solid relationship for future relations

• Effectively operates in a high-volume contact center environment, while navigating through multiple systems
• Strong interaction skills that keep our members engaged and educated on our products
• Provides exceptional member experience, and has the ability to match our members energy depending on the members' concern
• Uses resources available to follow compliance and technical guidelines

• Confer with members by telephone to provide knowledge about the CareLink program, review accounts, collect information regarding other funding, or obtain details of complaints
• Provide assistance to my manager to oversee the call center duties and ensure we are staying compliant with confidentiality of member records
• Keep records of member's interactions by CSR, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken
• Provide the utmost quality in customer service to our members
