Seasoned student experience developer and instructional designer. Delivering high-quality learning experiences that support staff in building on their existing knowledge, skills, and abilities. I collaborate with cross-departmental teams and subject matter experts to design training programs aligned with organizational needs, using the ADDIE Model. I also work closely with training consultants and facilitators to ensure learning solutions are effectively implemented and consistently support performance outcomes. Additional responsibilities include:

• Research gaps and determine actual vs. desired behaviors for proposed trainings.
• Define instructional, learning, or performance objectives.
• Design instructional aids for stand-alone or instructor-led classroom or online use.
• Conduct needs assessments and strategic learning assessments to develop the basis for curriculum development or to update curricula.
• Develop instructional materials including as lesson plans, handouts, or assessments.
• Adapt instructional content or delivery methods for different levels or types of learners.
• Edit instructional materials, such as books, simulation exercises, lesson plans, instructor guides, and tests.
• Present and make recommendations regarding course design, technology, and instruction delivery options.
• Evaluate the learning outcomes and identify level of effectiveness and suggest recommendations for improvement.
• Adhere to project timelines and scope to ensure that training deliverables meet established deadlines and parameters.
• Facilitates training content as needed.

Responsible for high-quality training for new hires across Admissions, Advising, and Student Financial Services, ensuring they were prepared to effectively support students and meet departmental goals. I collaborated with Student Experience Developers to align training content with learning objectives, facilitated instructor-led sessions, and provided post-training support across more than 200 academic programs. Leveraged my expertise in systems such as Five9, Brightspace, and Colleague to name a few. Worked along with a team to develop interactive training schedules within our LMS system. Also worked closely with HR to ensure new hires were adhering to all university policies and standards.

● Conduct interviews with prospective students through leads produced by University
● Speak with prospective students to evaluate qualifications and provide concise information on graduate level programs
● Presents information regarding University programs to prospective students while adhering to a set of brand values in a professional manner
● Consistently achieves quotas and goals while maintaining daily activity reports, service and support for students, adherence to compliance standards, data quality, time management, program knowledge and call parameter outline.
