• Experience co-teaching Family Health Nursing to BSN nursing students: Designing lecture material, delivering Pediatrics lectures with modern technology, mentoring students, evaluating student performance, and collaborating with lead faculty.

• Experience mentoring nursing students in Women's Health, Pediatrics, and Med-Surg clinical settings. Experience monitoring patient care provided by students, ensuring that all safety protocols were followed, encouraging critical thinking, collaborating with nurse preceptors, leading pre and post clinical conferences, and providing feedback on student performance.

• Experience providing compassionate end-of-life care to patients and families in home and skilled nursing settings, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans, and conducting regular assessments to evaluate patient needs and adjust care accordingly.

• Experience with rapid assessment and triage, point of care testing, catheterizations, respiratory support, splinting fractured bones, wound care, assisting physicians with bedside procedures and xrays, administering injections, providing discharge teaching, and contributing to a strong teamwork culture.

• Experience running health rooms in elementary, middle and high-schools, performing Covid-19 contact tracing and testing, assessing and treating ill students and staff, administering medications and first-aid, performing state-mandated health screenings, writing individualized health care plans, training school staff on emergency plans and procedures, managing students with chronic medical conditions, and collaborating with school staff to optimize student academic performance.

• Experience working in the Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Unit, the Intensive Care Nursery, the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, general pediatric floors, and the Transitional Care Nursery.

• Experience with critical thinking in emergent situations, management of patients on mechanical ventilators, oscillators, and jets, advanced hemodynamic monitoring, bedside sedation procedures and intubations, administration of critical drips, and the management of invasive lines, tubes and drains. Specialized experience in the coordinated care of complex ECMO, bone marrow, trauma, neurosurgical, and transplant patients.

• Experience with telemetry monitoring, respiratory support, working infants up on feeds, chest tube maintenance, post-op incision care, pre-op planning, med administration, central line care, blood administration, and complex discharge planning and teaching.

Experience entering nurses' and physicians' orders, maintaining patients' medical records, collecting and documenting vital signs, specimens, finger sticks, and EKGs, orienting patients to rooms, and assisting patients with activities of daily living.
