  • Adhering to strict sanitation SOPs
  • Assisting the quality department with yeast management, cell counts, and sterile samples for micro testing
  • Racking in and out of spirit barrels efficiently, keeping inventory of barrels organized throughout the ageing process
  • Work with a team to ensure a smooth transition from early to late shifts
  • Work independently for several hours on shifts varying between 5am-1pm to 2pm-10pm
  • Spearheaded and continue to manage all aspects of a cider program that has grown from on-premise kegs to a distributed product in cans.
