  • Developed and executed school-wide Eat A Rainbow campaign, motivating 450 students to choose a range of fresh fruits and vegetables from the veggie bar to go with their daily school lunches.
  • Executed food drive to create Seahurst’s mobile food pantry, helping dozens of families bridge no-school days when school meals are not available.
