Spearheaded a companywide initiative to overhaul the recruiting and on-boarding process from a completely paper process to a digital one with the roll out of the company's use of the recruiting and onboarding software in partnership with UKG Pro ATS
Completed this initiative from beginning to end with an initial goal of 12 weeks and completed it only 8 weeks: built all recruiting and on-boarding modules from scratch and also worked closely with all managers from General Managers to Parts Managers to train them on the process as well as employees
Built in a background check process into this initiative, which previously was not being used
Created and wrote all job descriptions for over 20 different positions and worked closely with our Indeed Representative to streamline visibility on UKG Pro Recruiting, Indeed, as well as Glassdoor platforms
Full cycle recruiting and onboarding, regularly managing up to 30 open requisitions and the initial recruiting and talent management for those positions
Completed initial phone and email screening of candidates and dispositioned candidates to the next step in the recruiting process
