I lead a team of 12 through daily workflow and help support them in their daily tasks by creating a productive and engaging work environment.

• Direct workflow and delegat work based on the needs of the lab, keeping customer focus at the forefront.
• Implemented processes that encouraged teamwork and engagement across all shifts.
• Work with several other teams to create better processes and standardization across all labs. (TMT, Dissection Training Standardization, Trim Note Standardization, Collaboration Calls, Scheduling RIE and Holes RIE)
• Implemented processes within the lab to help develop the talent within our team.
• Assist with training on all benches.
• Continuously improving lean practices within the lab.
