  • Meet and greet drug reps regarding samples for the office, and scheduling lunches for the providers to speak with the drug rep in regard to their product.
  • Responsible for sorting our electronic fax system, ensuring that anything requested or needing a physician's signature is given to the correct provider in a timely manner, and making sure any paperwork that needs to be scanned into a patient's chart is done before the end of each business day.
  • I am able to actively cover for any front office coordinator, which includes backing up the front office staff when needed, answering any questions other employees may have, and handling the end-of-day report, which consists of any cash or check payments taken for that day of service.
  • As the interim front office coordinator, my responsibilities include paying bills, checking the mail, making sure rescheduling is done for the providers, handling difficult phone calls, and working the registration work queue in our EPIC system to minimize any errors upon patients checking in.
  • Responsible for helping train new employees on how to use the EPIC system for the position they are in, whether it be at the front desk or as a scheduler.
