• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections according to set checklist and maintain brakes, fuel levels, and cleanliness in optimum conditions.

• Verify insurance, collect co-pay or deductible, handle all office product sales and pricing, post all incoming payments from patients or insurance, update fee schedules, code and post insurance claims, work denials, schedule appointments, obtain prior-authorizations, schedule and coordinate surgeries, schedule lunches and meetings for physicians, resolve problems with patients that is not resolved by front office staff.

Assist doctor in procedures, prep injections and surgery trays, process x-rays, room patients and check demographics, debridement of nails and calluses, inventory and ordering for all supplies, equipment, and tools, medical transcriptions.

• Greet guests and maintain friendly attitude while working with wide variety of personalities and requests
• Seat customers, take food and beverage orders
• Provide and excellent experience through duration of meal to ensure that all customers leave satisfied with service.
