This job included many different tasks:
- Working with brides and their families to try and find their perfect dress
- Working with bridal parties, prom attendees, mother of the bride and grooms, special occasions. This also included balancing checking the brides/families in and working the register.
- Participated in team meetings and staff training sessions.
- Provided emotional support and companionship to clients.
- Entrusted to handle confidential and sensitive situations in professional matter.
- Encouraged clients to take part in activities tailored to individual needs.
- Collected, arranged, and input information into database system.
- Created and managed project plans, timelines and budgets.
- Evaluated customer needs and feedback to drive product and service improvements.
