• Completed over 560 hours of clinical internship treating patients across the lifespan in multiple outpatient mental health settings.
• Prospect Behavioral Pediatrics and Psychiatry, LLC; Blue Ridge Health-Meridian East: -Provided individualized and therapeutic treatment planning and interventions for diverse patient populations, conducted comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, and managed psychopharmacological treatments. Provided consistent support, emphatic listening, and therapeutic presence to individuals in my care. Collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement patient-centered care plans.
• Hazelwood Healthcare Franklin Opioid Treatment Center: -Assisted in the management and treatment of patients with substance use disorders, particularly opioid dependence. Conducted assessments, developed treatment plans, and provided medication-assisted treatment (MAT) under supervision.
• Across All Settings: - Conducted psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and risk assessments.
  - Developed and implemented individualized treatment plans, incorporating both pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions.
  - Monitored patient progress, adjusted treatment plans as needed, and provided ongoing support and education to patients and families.
  - Coordinated care with primary care providers, specialists, and community resources to ensure comprehensive, integrated care.
  - Gained experience in telepsychiatry and electronic health record (EHR) documentation.
  - Participated in case consultations, supervision sessions, and team meetings to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.

• Provided quality care for each patient in a 51-bed, level III neonatal ICU, which hosts approximately 900 admissions per year.
• Performs critical care for premature and sick newborns, conducts health assessments, administers medications as ordered by the providers, monitor and keep record of acute conditions vital signs.
• Received specialized training to attend high-risk deliveries; role included stabilization and/or resuscitation of infants needing extra care at birth.
• Trained as a NICU OR nurse; duties include accompanying infants to the operating room for surgery and recovering them in the unit post-op.
• Trained and coached new employees on protocols and best practices to promote ideal patient outcomes.
• Followed policies, procedures and hospital regulations for protocol compliance and patient safety.
• Coordinated with healthcare staff from various disciplines to devise, carry out, and manage personalized care plans to benefit patient health and recovery.
