Sarah Phan

Compassionate mental health professional with extensive experience in crisis intervention and treatment planning. Recognized for collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to advocate for client needs and deliver effective emotional support. Committed to fostering healthy coping strategies among clients. I was raised in Laguna Hills, California and also have a background working in luxury hotel environments. I worked at the Montage in Laguna Beach from 2005-2009 but also struggled with my own substance use disorder during that time. During my experience at the Montage, I learned the importance of maintaining the privacy of high-profile guests and catered to their discerning needs. After working at the Montage, I went on my own recovery journey and have maintained sobriety since 2016.

• In February 2022, I was nominated by my colleagues as the "Peer-To-Peer" award recipient at the Orange County Health Care Agency, which is the equivalent of Employee of the Month.
