Manager of the porcelain department: overseeing 7 employees, 4 ceramists including myself, 3 full contour stain and glaze technicians, responsible for workflow within the department as well as workflow leading into the department, ie; tracking of all fixed cases to ensure they are on time coming into the department. Average unit count for the department between 140-180 units daily. Employee reviews, employee management.

Ceramist experience: CDT. opaque, stain and glaze of full contour, contouring anterior and posterior restorations, layering multiple porcelain types, I have direct experience with Vita VM9, VM13, Noritake, GC, avante, as well as a few others in recent history. Emax/lithium disilicate layering and finishing. I can press as well but it has been a while. PFM, PFZ, and all implant platforms.
Metal waxing and finishing, some polishing as well. tooth tattooing.
Some prep work: die trimming, model pouring, sawing, mounting.
Quality control for fixed side. Quality control for all fixed restorations.
Implants: finishing of zirconia, full contour and frameworks. In lab anodizing and cementing ( using light cured procedures)
Greenstate adjusting: greenstate adjusting of full arch, bridges, single crowns.
