* Oversaw three school bus routes, drivers, and students including discipline and parent communication.
* Assisted with the writing of a school mission, vision, goals, and overall school improvement plan with the introduction of a new school principal.
* Completed peer observations for all teachers on a comprehensive plan in NCEES including pre-conferences and post conferences.
* Led instructional rounds with the instructional leadership team once a month in various grade levels and subject areas which were centered on Get Better Faster and included a follow up conference with the teacher observed for feedback.
* Trained teachers in MTSS and led Tier 2 and Tier 3 meetings once a week with each grade level. I worked with teachers on identifying areas of concern and then developed remediation plans for each student to complete with the remediation tutors as well as with the classroom teachers.
* Served as the School Improvement Team Chair Person, assisting with the school improvement plan as well as activities for school improvement and academic growth - 2016 - 2018.
