* Report to and work closely with the principal on all daily school operations.

* Collaborate with teachers to develop and maintain engaging classroom lessons that are differentiated for student skills.

* Coordinated training on MTSS for all staff members and worked closely during monthly PLCs to develop Tier 2 and Tier 3 interventions and goals.

* Mentored and coached beginning teachers with monthly meetings and check ins. Assigned appropriate mentors and trained the mentors into how to best meet the needs of beginning teachers.

* Monitored lesson plans on a weekly basis and completed coaching conversations as needed based on Get Better Faster and the NCEES rubric.

* Oversaw three school bus routes, drivers, and students including discipline and parent communication.

* Assisted with the writing of a school mission, vision, goals, and overall school improvement plan with the introduction of a new school principal.

* Completed peer observations for all teachers on a comprehensive plan in NCEES including pre-conferences and post conferences.

* Led instructional rounds with the instructional leadership team once a month in various grade levels and subject areas which were centered on Get Better Faster and included a follow up conference with the teacher observed for feedback.

* Trained teachers in MTSS and led Tier 2 and Tier 3 meetings once a week with each grade level. I worked with teachers on identifying areas of concern and then developed remediation plans for each student to complete with the remediation tutors as well as with the classroom teachers.

* Served as the School Improvement Team Chair Person, assisting with the school improvement plan as well as activities for school improvement and academic growth - 2016 - 2018.

* Served as the grade chair, coordinating field trips, weekly meetings, and grade level planning to meet academic standards and goals. 2013 - 2018

* Began a Student Government Association for the 3rd - 5th grade students to work in the community and offer student perspectives for school change.

* Taught core subjects of ELA and Social Studies.
