Through 8 years of restaurant experience I have worked in many different kinds of restaurants that have all cultivated the need for certain skills. I have served in restaurants that focus on volume, restaurants that focus on fine dining experiences, and in restaurants somewhere in between. I believe that I have a wide array of experience due to this. I have spent years fine tuning and developing excellent service skills. I have attended many wine, beer, and cocktail education classes, as well as pride myself in my knowledge and understanding of food, and flavors in general. It's no secret that servers and bartenders alike are masters at anticipating the needs of our guests, and I take that responsibility, and privilege seriously.
