Through 8 years of restaurant experience I have worked in many different kinds of restaurants that have all cultivated the need for certain skills. I have served in restaurants that focus on volume, restaurants that focus on fine dining experiences, and in restaurants somewhere in between. I believe that I have a wide array of experience due to this. I have spent years fine tuning and developing excellent service skills. I have attended many wine, beer, and cocktail education classes, as well as pride myself in my knowledge and understanding of food, and flavors in general.
