o Serve as the Program Coordinator for the Family Integrative Recovery and Systems Therapy (FIRST) Program.

o Supervise 5 FTE’s administratively in the FIRST Program.

o Provide supervision to registered interns in Mental Health Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy.

o Acting Marriage and Family Therapy Training Program director; including completion of response to RFP to OAA and obtaining two stipend positions for student interns for the 2024-2025 academic year.

o Provide couples, group and family therapy to veterans and their family members.

o Utilize Evidence Based Practices (e.g., IBCT, CBCT-P, Systemic Family Therapy, Gottman).

o Provide groups to assist veterans with improving parenting skills, relationship skills, and to have more fulfilling relationships.

o Participation in and hosting outreach events for veterans, caregivers and family members focusing on resources at the medical center and in the community to meet the needs of our veterans in their family systems.

o Present didactics to colleagues and interns on topics such as; Evidence Based practices in Couples/Family Therapy, Resume and Application Preparation for Work in the VA.

o Complete all documentation utilizing CPRS and MH Suite in a timely and efficient manner.

o Assist with tracking referrals and outcomes of referrals for the FIRST program and reporting to Executive Leadership within the Orlando VA HCS.

o Provide data to MH leadership regarding FIRST program consults, staffing needs, clinic access, SAIL measures and productivity by the program staff.

• Provide individual, couples and family therapy to veterans and their families in an outpatient counseling setting.
• Provide individual therapy utilizing Cognitive Processing Therapy to veterans to address symptoms of PTSD.
• Provide couples therapy utilizing Integrated Behavioral Couples Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Couples Therapy to veterans and their partners to address relationship concerns.
• Provide parenting and healing after divorce groups to veterans and their family members.
• Work as the point of contact for Orlando VA as part of the national parenting workgroup.
• Complete all documentation utilizing CPRS in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assist with tracking referrals and outcomes of referrals for the couple and family services program.
• Counselor (full-time, 40 hours/week)

• Provide counseling to individuals, couples and families in a community mental health outpatient setting.
• Complete comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and treatment plan development for clients, both children and adults.
• Develop curriculum and provide small and large group presentations and group counseling to students in Seminole County public schools focusing on social skills and anger management skills to address anti-bullying initiative.
• Provide supervision to master's level student interns and registered interns in mental health counseling and marriage and family therapy disciplines.
• Provide training for Qualified Supervisor Training to licensed professionals working toward becoming qualified supervisors as required by the state of Florida.
• Counselor (full-time, 40 hours/week)

• Provide counseling and social work support to patients, caregivers and families faced with a terminal illness.
• Work as a team member within the hospice interdisciplinary team and coordinate the patient’s care plan with all team members.
• Complete psychosocial assessments, routine visits, crisis visits with patients, caregivers and families and ensure that all documentation is completed per Medicare guidelines in a timely manner.
• Provide training to colleagues on Medicare guidelines, policies and expectations for documentation per Medicare and quality assurance.

• Supervise clinical and case management staff for a Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) residential program for 30 adolescent males.
• Provide crisis intervention and on-call availability to the program.
• Coordinate and lead treatment team, complete all client intakes and ensure Behavioral Health Overlay Services (BHOS) and DJJ policies and contract expectations were met, and complete quality assurance monitoring and ensuring documentation meets standards.
• Provide individual, group and family therapy to 15 adolescent males in a DJJ contracted program.
• Clinical Supervisor/Therapist (full-time, 40 hours/week)

• Supervise all direct care staff and provide all BHOS services to six adolescent females in a Department of Children and Families (DCF) contracted residential group home.
• Provide 24-7 on-call availability and crisis intervention to the program.
• Complete monthly reports, budgetary reports, tracking of outcome measures for the program per DCF guidelines and contract.
• Screen applications, conduct interviews and complete employment training for staff employed at the group home.
• Program Supervisor II (full-time, 40 hours/week)

• Supervise all clinical and parent education staff that provide in-home counseling and education to at risk families referred by DCF for abuse and neglect issues.
• Screen applications, conduct interviews and complete employment training for staff employed within the Family Builders program.
• Provide crisis intervention and 24-7 on-call availability to the program.
• Coordinate and screen all referrals to the program, ensure that the program met all DCF contract expectations, participate in DCF staffing to ensure appropriate service delivery to clients involved with DCF and provide all tracking and reporting to the program per contract.
• Program Supervisor II (full-time, 40 hours/week)

• Provide crisis counseling and emergency screening to all clients presenting in crisis to determine need for outpatient services or inpatient hospitalization if the client met Baker Act criteria.
• Emergency Services Counselor (full-time, 40 hours/week)

• Provide in-home intensive counseling and parent education to families referred by DCF who were at imminent risk of having their children removed due to abuse and neglect issues.
