Working directly with physicians within the EP Lab to assist and carry out procedures including ablations, device insertions and revisions, and electrophysiology studies. Caring for and educating patients on what to expect before, during, and after their procedures. Responsibilities include managing the procedure equipment and troubleshooting any issues with the technology.

Managed the preparation and recovery of complex cardiac patients before and after procedures, including cardiac catheterizations, EP studies, and TAVR's. Responsibilities included patient education, preceptorship for new staff nurses, charge nurse duties, and emergency response team leader.

Cared for critically ill medicine patients, while managing life sustaining medical equipment including CRRT machines, ventilators, intravenous medication pumps, therapeutic hypothermia devices, and external cardiac defibrillators. Skills include the recognition and rapid intervention of severely decompensating patients, as well as managing multi-system organ failure.

Lead a team of two peers in the modeling of small-world networks using Rstudio software and statistical analytics. This project concluded with a final poster presentation at the University's annual research symposium.

Lead a classroom of twenty first year students in an introductory course focused on research design and implementation. Concurrently completed a course in pedagogy to improve instructional skills and explore varying methods of learning.
