SARAH WHITE

Summary

My goal is to provide exceptional service to both my employer and every patient I encounter. Throughout my career in patient access and customer service, I have learned that a positive healthcare experience begins the moment a patient walks through the door and continues until they leave feeling heard, respected, and valued. I believe every patient deserves compassionate, individualized care regardless of their background or circumstances.

With more than fifteen years of customer service experience, including my role as a Patient Access Service Representative, I have developed strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. These experiences have taught me how to build trust, ease patient concerns, navigate challenging situations, and maintain professionalism in fast-paced healthcare environments. Working directly with patients and families has strengthened my ability to provide empathetic support while ensuring their needs are addressed efficiently and respectfully.

As a nursing student and future registered nurse, I am committed to combining my extensive customer service background with the clinical knowledge, critical thinking, and hands-on skills I have gained through my nursing education and clinical experiences. My goal is to deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centered care that promotes healing, comfort, and dignity. I am dedicated to supporting my employer's mission and values by creating meaningful patient experiences, collaborating effectively with the healthcare team, and contributing to positive patient outcomes. Through compassion, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence, I strive to make a lasting difference in the lives of the patients and families I serve.
