I am a James Beard Award-nominated cookbook co-author with a proven track record of successfully ushering collaborators from conception through publication, consistently landing 6-figure deals with leading publishing houses.
My greatest skill and number one passion is working collaboratively with chefs, restaurateurs and artisans in order to weave their stories into compelling narratives and capture their unique voice. I am equally adept at developing, testing, and/or editing recipes for ease, accuracy, and adherence to publisher style guides.
I take tremendous pride in remaining a trusted partner and friend to all of my authors, by expertly and empathetically guiding them through the lengthy and often unfamiliar publishing process. I am unfailingly responsive and communicative, and never bring personal ego to the table. Rather, I am staunchly committed to producing only the highest caliber work at all times, while ably meeting all internal and final deadlines.
