- Daisy awards throughout my sixteen years of nursing experience from patients that were extremely gracious for the care that they received.
- Initiated, educated, and implemented the hospital-wide policy for Quantitative Blood Loss in Vaginal and Cesarean Section deliveries to help reduce the misuse of resources as well as decrease the number of postpartum hemorrhages and code crimsons by providing a more accurate accrual of blood loss during and after delivery to help reduce maternal morbidity and mortality throughout CRMC and our sister facility MGMC.
