Food and beverage coordinator

- Oversee the preparation, presentation and service of food and beverage products to ensure highest quality all the time
- Establish and maintain effective employee relations
- Work closely with all functional teams to monitor, review, and improve actions to drive business results
- Assign positions to employees and do the workload daily
- Assist the manager on duty
- Inspect the dining room serving stations for neatness and cleanliness
- Resolve any customer issues as necessary
- Prepare and make the food for guests with allergy request
- Assist with the Cast Development System to ensure accurate scheduling of employees
- Supervise more than 50 employees and ensure that they have a work position
- Be in charge of cash activity and report to the General Teller
- Be responsible for all aspects of developing and implementing the HACCP plan.
