Commercial Banking Relationship Specialist Duties

  • Acted as point of contact for Commercial Banking clients for all bank servicing requests.

Executive Assistant Duties

  • Supported our Tampa Corporate Banking market president with traditional EA duties (travel, expenses, ensuring continuing education requirements are met, calendar management, reports and more).
  • Managed our commercial client entertainment experience with Amalie Arena (Lightning hockey and concerts) and Raymond James Stadium (Bucs football) by streamlining all aspects of ticketing and fostered collaboration between departments to grow our relationship with our clients and optimize their business with our products. Also coordinated events, suite catering, parking, and any logistics including troubleshooting electronic tickets for attendees. I worked directly with venue executives (Vinik Sports Group and Raymond James Stadium) and suite hospitality (Delaware North) to host and also to ensure all parties had been paid by Regions using Accounts Payable's complex payment request system. Managing ticket invoice submittal also entailed breaking apart/allocating large invoices being split between different departments of the bank that shared our suite.
  • As the only EA in the Tampa area for the bank while it was coming back to life after COVID, I handled onboarding, secure floor access, parking validations, any troubleshooting, equipment, and supply orders. I also paid all respective vendors (drinking water, document destruction, and parking vendor invoices).
