a)Came up with a checklist and setup guardrails for integration multiple features into the product

b) Setup even driven architecture using AWS Eventbridge and enabled Seamless integration of new client users with Wellness vendors

c)Set up integration with multiple vendors like Fidelity, Optum, Availity to provide a seamless experience to non-Cigna users within Evernoth

d)Provided solution architecture for Spanish translation of content aggregated from various sources by integrating with Contentful

e)Setup Monitoring dashboards using Splunk to monitor error & application usage at a client level that enabled prompt response by the team to various issues

f) Provided overall solution architecture for the Magic-Upload project that enabled users to submit COVID-OTC claims that integrated with a AI based engine (OpenAI - GPT 4.0). This enabled users to get their claims approved within 24 hours (earlier it was 5 business days)

g)Provided overall solution architecture for the Benefit Bot (initial version of the chatbot) in myCigna portal that answered Benefits related questions

h)Worked on multiple proof of concepts for implementing Agentic architecture within Cigna using CrewAI, AutoGen & Langraph frameworks

i)Set up a data load process that processes pension feed from Fidelity (using AWS step functions, Lambdas, S3, Eventbridge) and populates the data into DynamoDB tables

- Played the role of an Application Architect for multiple modernization projects (Legacy platform to Kubernetes on JPMC internal cloud)
