I started LuxCouture in my home selling one specific product, handbags. I was researching the bag of the moment and was able to secure the brands and launched a successful online web business.
I opened my first store in 2008, at a time when the economy was doing well. I pivoted my original plan to sell handbags as the customer wanted to shop, however not with big ticket items.
I quickly added clothing with my marketing message, "nothing" over $400.00.
It drove customers to my shop and was very successful.
I moved up the street a few years later to a bigger space and continued to scale the business into one of the best places to shop and was recognized internationally as well as in the United States
During the pandemic we continued to work and service our customers with personalize outreach and lots of zoom events.
