• Spearheaded the complex migration of legacy SOAP to REST services for the Mastercard Rewards System (MRS) platform.
• Led the implementation of Okta/MFA for multiple digital assets across at Express Scripts. Oversaw implementation of Google reCAPTCHA and homegrown threat detection system for express-scripts.com that resulted in improved security, enhanced monitoring of all account access requests
• Streamlined and automated the SSO platform intake process (ExpreSSO) that resulted in increasing the team throughput over 200%. Collaborated heavily with account management and business partners and convinced senior leadership to allocate budget for this effort.
• Led product and technical development of A/B testing framework using LaunchDarkly and evangelized the adoption of A/B testing practice for multiple teams across Pharmacy and PBM orgs.
• Initiated adoption of Pair Programming and engineering best practices including Test Driven Development, small and frequent releases, refactoring, automation and shared code ownership.
• Oversaw and the migration effort of over 60 legacy applications to new stack which improved overall stability of both QA and PROD environments and saved hundreds of man hours in outages and escalations for all member web teams.
