• Incidents Handling and Support-Trouble shooting (Investigate, Root Cause Analysis-RCA) solve system & process problems, providing reusable and sustainable solutions in the respective SAP module EWM for production failures, break-fixes, bug fixes based on the severity, priority and On-time delivery with Quality using Integrated Service Management tools like CHARM, Service-Now Functional Support - Handle application maintenance Requests, add-on functions, reports using change request process related to SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and testing the processes using tool HP-ALM in the Hypercare support
