With 3 months of US clinical experience, I have developed a solid understanding of the EMR system and patient care in America. Additionally, I am eligible to work in the U.S. as I hold a Green Card, with no visa requirements.

4) Assisted in performing a bone marrow biopsy & aspiration for a suspected case of Multiple Myeloma. 5) Delivered a presentation on Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria.
6) Worked on a case presentation for von Willebrand disease, enhancing both clinical & research skills.
1) This was a high-load clinic (40-45 cases daily) where I encountered many common cases & conditions.
2) I mostly saw outpatient conditions such as Diabetes, Hypertension, Asthma, Dyslipidemia, Hypothyroidism & Anemia, & learned their management. 3) I gained valuable experience working with the EMR system & became well-acquainted with its functions.
4) During this rotation, I met a young boy with Type 1 Diabetes who struggled with insulin compliance to avoid feeling different from his peers. After providing empathetic counseling, he became more compliant, which led to better-controlled blood glucose levels during follow-ups. This experience greatly enhanced my communication skills & taught me its importance for better patient care.
