My journey has been rich and diverse, encompassing pivotal roles in Data warehousing, Infrastructure, Mainframe and migration projects, with hands-on involvement in platforms like Hadoop Eco System, Teradata, UDB.

With over 27 years of dedicated service at Target, I've had the privilege of witnessing and contributing to the evolution of various critical systems and projects within the organization. Currently a part of the MDF Data Engineering Team, I bring a wealth of experience spanning from foundational roles in General Merchandising system, Finance applications to pioneering endeavors such as the development and launch of the Target Visa Credit card, Credit Settlement applications, launched many loyalty programs for Credit card promotions.

• Led a team of engineers to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget constraints.
• Led Teradata Migration Program. I acted as the Program lead, central hub between business teams , engineering teams (Minneapolis, Bengaluru), Teradata consultants, Micro Strategy consultants. Lead/drove many pipelines performance tuning opportunities for MerchIQ.
• Trained and mentored junior engineers, providing guidance and direction.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new features into existing product lineups.
• Led engineering teams to successfully complete projects on time and within budget.
• Developed positive working relationships with stakeholders to effectively coordinate work activities.
• Led work on Core Credit project development that launched Target Visa Credit Card.
• Led Credit Settlement Application development. Coordinated with various external processors like Discover, Amex to settle the credit card / Debit card settlements of credit transactions.
• Data Integrity Services : Developed Data Integrity solutions for achieving SOX compliance, for more than 20+ applications, such as POS, SPAM, CSA, ITA, Credit, Lawson GL, VPM, 3PL (3rd party logistics), EDW, CDW, ADW, eDW and more.
• Worked on GMS (General Merchandising Systems) migration projects.

Led the Inventory Management system for a Hospitality industry located in Cyprus. Successfully led the design, development and deployment of the application.
