As I have experience in different kind of job settings, I would say I have learned many important work qualities such as being dependable, responsible, managing time, coordination and working as a team. In one of my most recent positions I was versatile doing a little bit of everything. This taught me the importance of a good work ethic and how that would improve the company as a whole.
As a CW I ring out wire with jumper to help determine which wire was at what location, added stickers to make sure wires were labeled in the future. In addition, I test for voltage and input results in online database.
My biggest recent accomplishment is starting a Latinx Social Club for the Latinx community in El Dorado County. Here we met once a month and provided food and activities to bring our community closer. We provided resources such as medical information, job assistance, and helped translation for paperwork etc they may have needed. We had a tamale sale in which the club founders and myself, with the assistance of a few club members, made homemade tamales and raised enough money to give out academic scholarships to high school students from the community.
