  • Act as a liaison between the processing team and other departments within the organization. I regularly meet with the Consumer Credit Department, the Title Department, Loan Operations, and retail associates.
  • Develop processes for improving efficiency within the processing team. Along with helping retail associates enter the needed information that is required for complete closing documents.
  • Researched, tested and verified proper functioning of software patches and fixes. While working with the Platform Support Department.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop strategies for streamlining operations across the organization. I have been asked to contribute to monthly banker meetings for question-and-answer discussions concerning direct vehicle applications, and personal loan applications.
  • Train new processing staff members in company policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Developed and implemented process improvements to increase efficiency. I create processing procedures for the consumer loan processors, which are then attached to the Intranet.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues that arise during the course of normal operations. I do this by working with loan operations when loans will not book to IBS. Resolve and create corrected loan documents.
  • Trained staff on new technologies and software applications. Most recently, with the installment of the Meridianlink Modern system.
