  • Tracking of referrals with in the network and outside network.
  • Built BO report maintaining historical data from the referral work queue for GI Specialty to see how long it takes from referral date to 1st contact and from 1st contact to scheduled . observing productivity of clinic staffs ensuring patients are contacted and scheduled within the timeframe required which resulted in improving staff productivity


Nurse Triage- SAP BO

The nurse telephone triage consultation quality improvement project review variables to implement
a standard and efficient nurse telephone triage process to ensure quality and safe patient care is provided throughout the telephone consult process.
Efficiency will be measured by the tracking weekly nurse consults and comparing previous weekly nurse triage consults to allow for the review of efficiency
of the procedure and nurse productivity.

Pre Registration Verification : SAP BO

  • Design a BO Report tailored to decrease the amount of registration denials that monitor the Pre-Registration verification process prior to date of service.
  • Captures metrics and pinpointed registration that were completed any time greater than one day before the service provided.
  • This helps stakeholders to understand the denial rate broken down by programs and departments.


Transitional Care Management Dashboard-SAP BO
TCM dashboard captures the patient volume who have completed a Transitional Care Management appointment within 48 business hours after discharge from hospital.
Provides the monthly trends for patient count who scheduled for a PC TCM within a time range after discharge from the hospital.
This will help stakeholders to track the efficiency of clinic or providers in scheduling follow up appointment and adjust where warranted for improved efficiencies and volume as TCM generates increased revenue.
