Performance-driven, willing to learn and grow, dedicated, vigorous dance training, work well in a group, absorbent of knowledge, seeking to excel in new styles and techniques. I am mostly a visual learner.
I was accepted into the Robert Morgan Educational Center in Miami, FL in 2022 where I studied Ballet, Modern, Modern Performance Choreography, Dance History, Improvisation, and Etiquette. I have danced about 20-24 hours a week every year of high school. Through the school; I had many performance opportunities like school wide performances such as assemblies and for veteran lunches, in the community, and recitals.
From 8th grade (13 years old) until now (17 years old) I have been dancing at Paramount Dance Studios; a studio in Homestead, Florida. While at the studio I have studied Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Contemporary, Modern, Hip-Hop, Improvization, Acro, Pointe, Progressive Ballet Technique. I also take classes for Stretch and Flexibility and Jumps Leaps and Turns and Conditioning. I began dancing in the studios Pre-professional dance company about 2 years ago where I perform around the community. Through the dance company I traveled and attended several dance conventions such as NRG in Chicago, KAR and VIP Dance in Florida. I volunteer at the Dance Studio as a teachers assistant once a week. I have also participated in the summer dance intensive for 2 years. I have studied under many teachers at the studio.
