Summary

I have been working for 2.5 years as a GI Technician at UAB St. Vincent's and also am currently a nursing student at Jefferson State Community College, expected to graduate in December 2025. I have a passion for helping people. As a GI tech, I have had a lot of experience in collaborating care with physicians and nurses to provide patient care. Some of my tasks include assisting physicians during upper and lower endoscopy procedures, including critical thinking and anticipating needs of the doctors, nurses, and patients, setting up procedure rooms with equipment and supplies to prepare for procedures, and cleaning and sterilizing endoscopes and equipment. I bring a positive and professional attitude to my workplace and I am eager to learn and help out whenever or wherever I am needed.
