As the Executive Director at The Gardens of Rome Senior Living, I oversee the daily operations and strategic direction of a premier senior living community that offers personal care, and memory care services. With over ten years of experience in senior living, I have a proven track record of increasing occupancy, revenue, and customer satisfaction, as well as leading and developing high-performing teams. I have a strong background in sales and marketing, having previously served as the Marketing Director at Cedar Hill Senior Living and the Memory Care Director at Big Springs Place. I am skilled in lead generation, customer retention, event planning, and community outreach. My core competencies include organization, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making. I am passionate about enhancing the quality of life and well-being of seniors and their families, and I strive to create a positive, supportive, and engaging environment for our residents and staff.
