Started as home care then changed to hospice care.

Administered medications as prescribed, monitored and recorded vitals, daily ADLs, wound care, daily ROM, bed baths, catheter care, feeding, reported all documented information back to hospice nurse, took to appointments.

Took orders, prepped food, dealt with money, customer service, restocked food, cooked food, help managers count and document money at end of shift.
