Community Service

  • Fundación Juanfe, Columbia, South America, Junior(July 2023) - 100 hours per week, 0 weeks per year, The Juanfe Foundation is a program dedicated to breaking the cycles of poverty and oppression for teen mothers in Latin America. I participated with the program for a week in July which took place in Columbia, South America. I worked, as a caretaker, friend, and leader through this program. While I was there, my whole perspective on life changed because of the life and attitudes of these girls. They taught me the importance of being strong for those who are a minority and the importance of caring for one another. These girls went through hardships nobody could've possibly ever imagine. Yet, all they wanted was for a friend to tell them they had a meaning in life. classes. Juan Fe is a lifelong dedication and I hope to bring some of them to the US one day and employ them in the company I build.
  • Corral Stables (January 2025) - Volunteered at this stable that caters to teaching disabled people to be around horses. Here I learned there is not one "right" way to navigate the world. Being creative and patient with people around you advocates for a more empathetic and kind world. I loved working here not only because I love being around horses but because I love helping other people.
