Here at the salon, I take care of each client that checks in for their specified appointment. As soon as my client checks in, they are greeted appropriately (coats are taken and hung up; during this time I will ask clients if they would like a beverage). After settling in, the consultation is next. This is a time when clients come to me for advice/expertise on their needs. I also ask them a range of questions so that I can problem solve and determine the best game plan or formula if dealing with hair. I formulate color and customize to each guest, whether they are brand new to the salon or a regular client. If the appointment is hair associated, clients are always washed and given a blow dry. I always recommend products and any maintenance reminders necessary. I walk my guest out of the salon area and back into the check in room. My client and I most likely set up our next appointment to maintain whatever look they chose.

• Greeted customers in and out of restaurant and brought customers to appropriate seating.

• Served food and drink to high volumes of customers seated at bar.

• I was also able to step in as delivery driver, waitress, and cook when needed.

• Performed opening and closing duties; counted money to close the till and other various reasons.

• Kept a tidy environment for myself and the rest of the crew and practiced being a team player.

Performed the same duties here, as I did at Pizza Garden (other bartending job).

• Greeted incoming visitors and customers professionally and provided friendly, knowledgeable assistance.
• Confirmed appointments, communicated with clients, and updated client records.
• Answered phone promptly and directed incoming calls to correct offices.
• Kept reception area clean and neat to give visitors positive first impression.
