Shift Leader
3 Years 1 MonthI worked for HTeaO for three years, two of those being a shift lead. My duties include managing my team members, making sure they were on task and efficient. I would open and close the store, therefore counting the cash registers and safe everyday. I would solve any problems that occurred, that being a customer concern or a team mistake in an orderly and respectful fashion. I have experience in answering phone calls as shift leads were the only ones allowed to handle them. I also have experience in checking inventory, and making sure of what was being used.
