Savannah Siegler

• Retreat Director: We provide a variety of retreats for our students that I plan and direct. Most notably, I have grown our annual fall retreat from a handful of students to about 50, annually. I recruit all leaders, including small group facilitators, cooks, and speakers. I have coached speakers on how to give talks by using the content that I wrote. I also do all the scheduling and coordinating with student attendees.

In addition to the fall retreat, I have planned several

smaller-scale spring retreats.

• Mission Trip Director: I have planned three international mission trips and four domestic mission trips.
• Coordinating with the missions that we serve
• Working with a travel agent (international) and planning itineraries
• Recruiting students and preparing them for the trip
• Serving alongside the students on each trip
• Domestic Kinship Community Food Center (Milwaukee, WI in 2018, 2022, 2023)
• International San Lucas Toliman (San Lucas, Guatemala in 2018)
• Casa Hogar Juan Pablo II (Lima, Peru in 2020 and 2024)
• Recruit Volunteers and Leadership Formation
• Before we had FOCUS missionaries (2016-2022) I recruited all student Bible study leaders and trained them to lead studies through weekly formation meetings
• I also recruit student volunteers to help run events and participate in service opportunities
