I believe I have many skills that could be beneficial for this position I am the second oldest of 6 children During this time both parents were full time workers so I played a big role in helping with child care In addition to that I also have a niece, 1 years old, and a nephew, 5 years old, in which I played a big role in raising due to unfortunate health issues involving my oldest sister and mother of said children During my teenage years I was also involved in the church attending to the youth ministry and "daycare" portion the service I believe that this has given me great patience and creativity to take the role of Assistant Teacher for this establishment I am a natural nurturer and do well in stressful situations or crisis' I am also currently enrolled at Grand Canyon University of Arizona working on my Bachelor's in Science and Early Childhood Education I feel as though my college attendance and the position of Teacher's Assistant would go hand and hand in developing my education and experience in the care and teaching of children
