  • Developed a quality control program for all inventories conducted in order to decrease lost property and financial burden on both the unit and Soldiers
  • Worked hands on with company commanders and supply personnel to effectively process inbound parts and equipment to fill shortages and maintain effective property accountability
  • Decreased property shortages across four companies and saved the Army upwards of $1.2 million through proper property accountability
  • Effectively deployed all unit equipment for over five field exercises in support of the Brigade and one Joint Readiness Training Center (JRTC) rotation

Battalion Maintenance Officer

  • Responsible for the execution of battalion maintenance in both garrison and deployed environments
  • While deployed, developed a rotational service schedule to maintain weapons and vehicle maintenance to always ensure mission readiness
  • Upon redeployment to Fort Drum, NY, developed an entire Battalion equipment reset plan to allow a smooth transition back into another training rotation
  • Deployed over 100 vehicles to Fort Polk, LA utilizing multimodal transportation for one JRTC rotation
  • Also deployed all personnel with functioning weapons to various locations in Afghanistan
  • Ranked in #2 of 10 of all officers in my peer group
  • Earned the Army Commendation Medal with Combat Device for my contributions in this position during the deployment to Afghanistan.

Distribution Platoon Leader
