I improved my case management skills and successfully tracked and completed cases in a timely manner, including but not limited to initials, annuals, and program reviews. I processed and completed marriage application, family visiting application, trust withdrawals, MCRP screening, CAL ID’s, BITS documents, and Litigation documents. Furthermore, I was successfully part of facility A conversion from level IV (SNY) to level III (NDPF), by working closely with facility staff and CSR’s on expediting transfers.
