- Had to go through a difficult application process which required writing and submitting a resume, submitting my transcript, having two different letters of recommendation (one from a teacher and one from someone non school related) and going through two rounds of interviews.
- Was a center coordinator and was in charge of running the center, keeping volunteers in check, and discussing a lot with parents about their kids' progress. Took a lot of leadership skills and communication skills.
- Worked for 20 hours a week for the duration of my internship
- Was awarded a certificate of achievement afterwards.
- Had to do a multitude of tasks such as content creation and teaching. Also had the same leadership duties as I had in my internship.
