Being around bicycles all of my life has left an indefinite impact on me, leading me to pursue a life in the industry. Over the past two years at my local bike shop, I've grown familiar with various brands, including Trek, Fuji and Kink. Every day at work, I treat every bike like it were my own and every customer like a friend I've known for years, giving them a positive and memorable experience. Even though I've been with Tuckahoe Bike Shop for only a couple of years, I've experienced my fair share of variety in repairs, almost all of which I was successful in repairing. The store is a very team-oriented, often teaming up with my coworkers on repairs that are a bit more difficult or covering different parts of the store to take some work load of each others hands. Every day, I'm highly-motivated employee with desire to take on new challenges with a strong worth ethic, adaptability and exceptional interpersonal skills. I strive to be a hardworking employee each shift, trying to always improve my customer service, multitasking and time management abilities on top of my mechanic abilities and sales.
