Assignment: Generations of Care Toledo Hospital - $320 Million

• Solely handled close-out process and turned over warranties, O&Ms, as-builts, trainings, attic stock to the owner
• Reviewed quotes, payment application, Change Order requests from trade partners, prepared independent analysis and obtained approval from the architect & owner via SAP
• Reviewed contract drawings, specifications and submittals to ensure proper coordination and installation for interior fit-outs of restaurant and pediatric center
• Attended Lean meetings and implemented Last Planner System, Make-ready planning, A3 process, 5S, and Visual management on-site
• Implemented Quality Assessment/Quality Control (QA/QC) and prepared punch list response in PlanGrid.
