2025 Early Childhood Education Conference

Presented a workshop session regarding teacher development, self-assessment, and reflection. Centered around being a "super teacher," my co-presenter and I focused on the expectations teachers face and the pressure to take on every task. This session allowed teachers to reflect on their year and consider when being a "super teacher" may have stretched them too thin to provide the quality education they want.
