Responsibilities

• Monitoring and maintaining project-level CDE and associated workflow (i.e., model coordination, collaboration, model federation, model health, LOD compliance, and clash management) in alignment with scope and EIR, including routine CDE validation checks for compliance to BEP and project standards
• Reviewing lead appointed parties' BIM Execution Plans. Verifying that contractor's BIM processes, data quality, and completeness tools have been put in place
• Ensuring CDE workflows with respect to design management, construction management, and change control have been institutionalized at project level
• Lead and conduct Model review and Clash management sessions with AEC supply chain
• Conducting project-specific required training and talent up skilling per identified needs
• Interfaces with contractors, architects and other clients.
• Perform QA review of BIM files for maximum efficiency and accuracy.
• Managing and coordinating BIM models for review and clash detection.
• Maintaining responsibility for information management standards development, implementation, and enforcement.
• Continuing to keep current with advances in field and update divisional and corporate standards and procedures accordingly.
• Demonstrating proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, REVIT, and Navisworks, with knowledge of ESRI GIS systems preferred.
• Demonstrating knowledge of surveying, design, production, and construction techniques and standards.
