I have been working in customer service for a little over seven years and it has truly been my greatest pleasure being able to meet so many amazing people that I've built really good relationships with and are still in contact with. Some of my biggest responsibilities I've had throughout my career is definitely having the ability to communicate clearly and thoroughly, having lots of patience while also being very understanding, being very organized, paying close attention to detail, the capability of solving problems, and being able to work as a team. My biggest accomplishments would have to be the first two years of me working at Starbucks getting promoted to be a trainer and also passing the test to become a master barista. Another big accomplishment is from my job at Citizens Bank. In less than a year of working there I surpassed all of my goals each quarter and also received a certificate for my excellent customer service skills from the surveys the customers receive, leaving me with a 98% overall average. Lastly at M&T Bank I also do really really well with my sales and goals from all of the relationships I built and referrals. All in all I love learning and pushing myself to the best of my abilities. I truly believe that I can be successful in anything I do as long as I work hard & stay focused. My main goal is to find a Bank that I can grow with long term, even after graduating and just prosper with the company for many many years to come.
Building a relationship with your customer and gaining their trust is the best way to achieve your sales goal. Not only are you meeting the customers needs but you're also making sure the customer is getting the most out of their relationship with the bank., Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing while also being able to actively listen., Researching and identifying the problem, analyzing the situation, and making appropriate decisions based on effective and ineffective solutions.
